First aid training courses have always been very practical and continue to be so in the era of online learning. The first thought about online training might be that you can only learn the theory of first aid well online. However, our available courses are developed by top professionals and place special emphasis on practicing practical skills. The online courses provided by the Finnish Red Cross (SPR) are very engaging and practical. Often, situations requiring first aid arise unexpectedly, and complete equipment may not always be available for providing first aid. During the online courses, participants learn, among other things, how to use available materials for providing first aid. This, more than anything, encourages helping when assistance is needed.
